There are currently two issues that I've been documenting online. The first has been my weight loss. While still overweight, I lost approximately 1/4 of my weight a couple of years ago.
The second issue that I've just started to document is a spot that was removed from my forehead. The pathology showed that it was a nodular basal cell cancer. I've started to use Scar Zone cream on the scar.
January 10, 2007: I've noticed a hard, bone-like growth that is slightly smaller than the size of a pea on my left arm just at the wrist in line with my thumb. The bump is not present on my right arm.
